  1. In a pot, bring the water and salt to a boil. Add the oatmeal and reduce heat to medium. Cook 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Once the oatmeal is cooked, remove from heat.
  2. Incorporate the milk and cream mixture, maple syrup and brown sugar.
  3. Divide oatmeal into 4 bowls. Top with pecans and maple chunks.
