- Gradually combine the flour, syrup, eggs and milk in a bowl.
- Let stand one hour in the fridge.
- Cook the pancakes in a hot non-stick pan with a little butter.
- Pour a little bit of batter and cook for one minute each side.
- Top with maple butter and maple syrup.
