  1. Place tomato slices on paper towels for 5 minutes to remove excess liquid.
  2. In a pot, bring the cider vinegar and maple syrup mixture to a boil. Boil 5 to 7 minutes or until it is the consistency of thick syrup. Remove from heat and pour into a bowl to stop cooking. Set aside.
  3. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  4. 4. Place flat breads on 2 baking sheets. Brush with the balsamic syrup glaze then top with pesto, tomatoes, mozzarella and parmesan and add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
  6. Place pizzas on serving plates and garnish with the sprouts.
