Arugula, Pesto, Tomato and Maple Pizza

- Place tomato slices on paper towels for 5 minutes to remove excess liquid.
- In a pot, bring the cider vinegar and maple syrup mixture to a boil. Boil 5 to 7 minutes or until it is the consistency of thick syrup. Remove from heat and pour into a bowl to stop cooking. Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- 4. Place flat breads on 2 baking sheets. Brush with the balsamic syrup glaze then top with pesto, tomatoes, mozzarella and parmesan and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
- Place pizzas on serving plates and garnish with the sprouts.
